A Better Mind is an online market place of Software First Incorporated, a Missouri corporation. We offer educational software that can help make the journey of learning fun and exciting. Our wide selection of software titles are priced 20-40% below retail. Our commitment to you is Low Prices and Superior Customer Service.
We offer products at the lowest possible price. We are able to do that through our direct distribution from our wholesaler's warehouse. This completely eliminates the retail store and all those costly retail "overhead" markups are gone forever!
Superior Customer Service:

All products are new and have never been previously licensed. On each item page the software packaging is indicated. The item may come packaged in a Retail Box, Mini Retail Box, DVD Style Box, Jewel Case, Jewel Case/No Cover or Sleeve.
The item is packaged just as you would see it in a retail store.
Mini Retail Box:
The item is packaged just as you would see it in a retail store. A smaller version of the retail box.
DVD Style Box:
The item is packaged like a DVD movie.
This item is a "CD only" packaged in a plastic case with a color cover.
Jewel Case/No Cover:
This item is a "CD only" packaged in a plastic case without a color cover.
This item is a "CD only" packaged in a paper cover or case.
We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® or Diners Club® through a secure on-line ordering system.
We ship to anywhere in the United States.
We only ship to physical addresses, not PO boxes.
Items are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail from the wholesaler's warehouse usually within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for shipping.
Refused items will be charged shipping and handling. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the method of shipment along with the tracking number.
Shipping and handling is charged based upon the shipping weight of the item or items ordered and the distance to the destination address from the wholesaler's warehouse. Items maybe shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priroity Mail. To determine the exact charge for shipping you must enter the destination address on the order page.
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Missouri. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Missouri.
At A Better Mind, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Email email@example.com for a replacement shipment. If you have not opened the box, you may return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 10 days, no questions asked. If the product will not work on your computer, you may return it to us for refund, credit or replacement within 10 days of receipt. Simply follow the instructions below.
Returning an Item
- Obtain a Return Authorization number by e-mailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- All requests must be made within 10 days after receiving the item.
- Specify the reason for return.
- Opened software titles cannot be returned unless defective.
- A shipment address will be provided in our reply e-mail.
- Ship the item to us within 5 days of receiving the Return Authorization number.
- Returns must be undamaged and in perfect condition, unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.
- Clearly write the Return Authorization number on the shipping label (not the shipping box or the manufacturer's box).
- Ship the item back to us with signature confirmation or a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the item. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
- Shipping and handling cannot be refunded.
- Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.
